Who We Are
Directory Publishing Solutions, Inc. (DPS) is a Missouri-based full-service publisher of
white and yellow pages directories. DPS offers a turn-key operation for independent
telephone companies primarily in the Midwest consisting of sales, production, compilation,
billing/settlements, and distribution. Directory Publishing Solutions, Inc. was formed
as a “C” Corporation in Missouri with headquarters located in Chesterfield,
MO at 14222 Ladue Road.
DPS is positioned in the industry as a flexible and innovative company with the vision
and ability to offer a full compliment of services that build upon the company’s
core competencies. DPS possesses the talent and experience to provide existing and new
telephone companies with a better overall directory product that focuses on usability
and acceptance. DPS believes we will continue to grow and emerge as a premier directory
provider in the print, electronic, and related publishing fields.

Building On Success
Directory Publishing Solutions, Inc. (DPS) has been extremely successful in capitalizing
on available publishing agreements. In 2003, Consolidated Communications Directories, a
subsidiary of Yellow Book, closed operations as one of the foremost publishers for the
independent telephone company industry. This provided a unique as well as limited window
of opportunity from which DPS has taken full advantage. As of April, 2008 DPS represents
24 independent telephone companies with 50 annual publications. Given the accelerated
growth rate, DPS has added staff and related services/equipment to accommodate the
business as well as to meet long term contractual commitments.

Looking Into The Future
The changing environment in which independent telephone companies operate further creates
additional opportunities for DPS as certain independent telephone companies expand
services, such as CLEC ventures, and utilize their directory to meet marketing and
competitive needs for new customers. Capitalizing on our experience, DPS is poised to
grow by maintaining low operating costs while boosting value added services to attract
more new telephone company customers. DPS will continue to pursue strategic publishing
agreements that meet established revenue and profit criteria that do not impair the
company’s ability to meet the expectations of our existing customer base.
